- Submitting an appointment request through our Website or WhatsApp does **not** guarantee a confirmed appointment. All bookings are subject to doctor availability and hospital capacity.
- β’Appointment confirmation will be communicated to you via a phone call or WhatsApp reply from our staff.
- β’Patients are advised to arrive at least 15 minutes before their scheduled appointment time.
- β’K.R.S. Nursing Home reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to emergency situations, doctor unavailability, or force majeure events.

4. Patient Responsibilities

6. Fees, Payment & Refunds
The following terms apply to payments for services at K.R.S. Nursing Home:
- **Consultation Fees** β Consultation charges are payable at the time of visit and are non-refundable once the consultation has taken place.
- β’Advance Payments β Advance deposits may be required for surgeries, procedures, or inpatient admissions. These will be adjusted against the final bill at discharge.
- β’Insurance & Cashless β We accept certain insurance schemes including Ayushman Bharat, CGHS, and ECHS. Cashless facility is subject to pre-authorisation from your insurer. Any amount not covered by insurance remains the patient's responsibility.
- β’Billing Disputes β Any concerns regarding bills must be raised with our billing department within 7 days of discharge or payment.
- β’Refunds β Refund requests for cancelled procedures or overpayments will be processed within 15 working days after due verification.
- β’Prices and charges are subject to change without prior notice. Current tariff details are available at our reception.
